Hillary strikes me as having a very similar appeal as John Quincy Adams, and Donald Trump strikes me as having a very similar appeal as Andrew Jackson. Certainly, a lot has been written comparing Trump to Jackson in particular. I'm wondering if that, in fact, plays out.

I  meant Libertarian/Adams but accidentally clicked on Other/Adams.

Well, I'd be an Adams/Clinton voter, though I would probably consider Jackson. I certainly appreciate aspects of Jacksonian Democracy (such as broadening the franchise), but at the time I probably would've supported the tariff and the American System.

This exactly.

I'm fairly neutral on Adams vs. Jackson, they were both decent presidents but had policies that seem archaic in the context of now.

Picked Adams because my name is Adam and me and my friend Jackson have a feud involving this.

Interesting. So far, the only strong correlation is that Hillary voters prefer Adams.

Adams is an easy vote but I'd probably go waffle on Clinton vs TRUMP. Adams and Clinton both have the experience vs dangerous change and a strong foreign policy appeal but the difference is night and day - Adams was a great diplomat while Clinton had one of the worst foreign policy records of any candidate in recent memory.

Being an actual Republican, I will not vote for Jackson.  And being of sane mind, I won't vote for Trump, either.

Libertarian/Adams, for now.

Depending on if an Independent conservative runs, I will either vote for him/her or write-in Kasich.

Would've voted for Adams in 1828.
