Wikipedia, while it continues to be Jimbo's "baby", is not what he does for a living. Jimbo is a capitalist and objectivist who makes his money running Wikia, which hosts wikis on other subjects like fandoms and they are not afraid to aggressively protect their profits like keeping wikis online after their userbase has left.
