Ted Cruz was talking about his movement; will that movement put forward a third party / independent candidate?

This won't happen. They would need to already be building an operation.

No, if there was the candidate would have announced it sooner!

I'd happily cast for a third party Conservative party just to see the look on Trump's face when he realizes that just because he won the nomination doesn't mean that people are going to actually come out and vote for him.

Could it have been beneficial for Trump to lose Indiana so that he wouldn't have to worry about this crap?  I think they might have just enough time to organize a third party ticket if they scramble for signatures, whereas they definitely wouldn't have been able to do anything if Trump had clinched in June instead.

I would have a few reservations about him, but my biggest question is what is his stance on life?

I doubt he means that he's running as a Libertarian, but if he does, it would be very amusing to me and probably good for the LP regardless of whether or not he wins the nomination. But it probably would not be a good move for Justin Amash's career.
