Voted no. Maybe not the worst part.
That would be the cringe-worthy pandering to socially detached political extremists that occurs during the initial primary stages. 
But one of the more over-speculated parts for sure. The vast majority of VP spec. is just 24/7 filler.

Totally overblown claims about 'ticket balance' or 'swing state pull' or 'minority representation'.

This stuff just fills the dead period between when the primary races have fallen into a predicable routine and when thing are finally turning towards the 'final battle'.

half of VP spec. doesn't even bear fruit. How many news hours were devoted to Carly Fiorina as Cruz VP?   And she joined a candidate that had just 6 days left before with-drawling?Huh

Still I love this ISH, so I participate.
