I mean f[ink]ing Rubio was considered to liberal by the GOP base just because he held a center-right (and not a far-right) stance on immigration, despite being on the far-right on every single issue (especially abortion).

Bush would probably be considered as too liberal by today's GOP (especially on immigration).
