Former Presidents are always called "Mr.President". With Hillary as the current President, will Bill just be called "Mr. Clinton" or "Former President Clinton"?

I saw this and thought "they" was Trump's campaign.

As an Arkansan, I can honestly say he does not deserve the title of First Gentleman, and I doubt I could call someone who isn't a gentleman that.

In the old days if you were married to the person in charge you were called a "consort." King or Queen Consort was your title. Much, much better than "first lady" or, cough, "first gentleman." Sounds like the head butler or head chef or something, lol. I hope they wouldn't call him that, and just go with "former Pres. Clinton," or maybe even the title of whatever he's doing, if he's doing anything, like Chief of Staff.
