New Jersey or Alabama. Both are great states which are on the butt end of way too many jokes.

Probably Utah or one of the Southern states (maybe AL). NH is definitely the most overrated, though - especially by the people who think that it is a libertarian state lol.

Just can't help yourself. It IS one. Why wouldn't it be? You haven't even been there.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA There is nothing libertarian, moderate, maverick or Independent about Maggie Hassan, Kelly Ayotte, Ann Kuster or Jeanne Shaheen. That's like saying VT is still a Republican state.
Because a handful of elected officials represent the entire populace?

I've been to New Hampshire very often, and trust me, your opinion is wrong. I know you're angry about Scott Brown losing. But now you're just making up some sort of theory about how his seat was stolen from him by 'angry NH women'.

N.Carolina.  More people than Michigan, more money than Georgia, the triangle.  It's one of the more important states, but rarely gets mentioned with them.

^This is has nothing to do with Scott Brown. There is other evidence as well (like Obama losing the NH Democratic primary in 2008, Ayotte winning more than 60% of the vote in 2010, Hassan being so popular, etc. etc.). And yes, there are zero signs that NH has a libertarian streak, sorry.

Can you stop ruining every thread that has even the tiniest thing to do with NH?

Anyway, probably Utah.  Gorgeous, well-run state with very nice people.

New Mexico, Utah, Tennessee, probably New Jersey, maybe Georgia and Nebraska. Think all of these could go for the forum as well for real life. Although for this forum, the best answer would be "any GOP state with over 30% minority population"

I'd say the Dakotas, primarily North Dakota, since it's the least visited state.
Pros
• They elected Heidi Heitkamp instead of Rick iceberg.
• Only state to have a state bank
• Strong economic growth, weathered the Great Recession of 2008 and continues to have the lowest unemployment rates
• Shoutout to the movie Fargo!

Cons
• It has the highest percentage of churches per capita (I think)
• The Bakken Formation (I realize that without it, economic growth and strength probably wouldn’t exist)
• Extreme cold

I don't know what TN volunteer gets all worked up about. I mean, the so-called "misandry" is not nearly as rampant as the misogyny pretty much everywhere else. The ramblings about its racism are understandable, because racism is inevitable at 92% non-Hispanic White.

In fact, you can tell he's never been to New Hampshire. I rarely see any Clinton signs, I rarely see any Hassan signs, but you can't go a mile without seeing a Trump sign.

As a matter of fact, I go to NH-02 every weekend. You have no clue what you're talking about, TNVolunteer.

That's not my point. There's a middle ground between "Trump will win NH" and "NH is run by an evil cult of women seeking to elect Maggie Hassan".

As many have told you before, if New Hampshire is as "sexist" as you claim it is, why did Doris Haddock lose by a 30%+ margin? Why did Jeanne Shaheen lose in 2002? And when she did win a seat in the Senate, why did she do worse than Obama did? If the Angry New Hampshire Women were so angry, why didn't they vote for Mondale or McCain's vice presidential nominees? Why did they vote against Clinton and Fiorina, the only women in the Democratic and Republican race, respectively, this year? And don't use the former's 2008 victory as an excuse.
Digging deeper, you see Jeb Bradley defeated Martha Fuller Clark by a respectable 58-38 margin in 2002. Six years later, Paul Hodes defeated Jennifer Horn 56-41.
But yes, tell me more about how you are laid low by Maggie Hassan's climbing cult.
