Awesome - the longer this drags on, the worse his standing gets with swing voters. He must really be banking on the socons.

There are fewer of them in North Carolina then in Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi, where such strategy could easily be successful... That bodes well for Democrats.

Yeah. Cooper has been leading in every poll since HB2, so I'm not really sure what he's thinking here.
