Guessing for yours write in or Clinton

In a similar trend, I am quite curious on my fathers
1992: Perot
1996: Perot
2000: Bush
2004: Bush
2008: McCain
2012: Left Blank

With no other information, I'm guessing Trump for both, although there's also a chance they might vote Clinton or third party. Both seem like the types that would have very strong feelings about Trump, either positive or negative.

LOL.  From the record, my guess is he's a Republican (or at least was) who got turned off by the tea party movement, maybe against the Bush Wars. Sounds like he voted for Obama in the context of 2008 (probably felt, "time for a change," like in 92 when he voted for Perot). Maybe Trump? May I ask, if you know, who (if anyone) did he support in the Republican primaries, before they all dropped out?

I think Trump wins most Perot voters.

I can see rationale for yours to vote Trump (general Republican + Perot) or Clinton (went for Obama in '08). Not sure, though.

My dad's voting record:

84 - Reagan
88 - Bush
92 - Perot
96 - Dole (I think)
00 - Bush (may have supported McCain in the primaries)
04 - Bush
08 - McCain (Huckabee in primaries)
12 - Romney (Santorum in primaries)
16 - plans to leave blank (Rubio in primaries)

My dad is a pretty solid liberal supporting Bernie this time. Otherwise he's voted Democrat in every election since he's been old enough except for Ford in 76 and Nader in 2000. So a Ford 76/Carter 80 voter.

Sounds like a Trump voter. Anti-establishment Republican frustrated with the system. Voted Perot. Voted Barry in 08, hoping to get a young, new guy in there. Further disillusioned by the Obama presidency so he wrote in Mickey in 12. Likes Trump's anti-establishment tone.

Asking random strangers who your dad will vote for is not going to help you get girls
