I'll leave Besteiro on as Spain's General Secretary, but in all likelihood he'll have to pick a different Chancellor for Germany (and either retain the current government coalition or form another). If he wishes not to, Germany goes to LLR. Once we have a player and a tentative Chancellor I'll work out the quick solution.

I'm against making smaller nations playable. We've already having problems with maintaining main nations players. I propose we first let Spamage settle in as Germany, wait a turn or two and see if there's any space.

I'm not sure about having more than one player per country too.

It's Lumine's decision, not ours. If a potential player is motivated enough to join at this point in the game and to take up a smaller nation I say why not let them.

Right, deadline set on Tuesday Night. Again, Spamage is offered a switch to Germany, if he refuses it then LLR gets Germany. Once we have that issue settled, we'll move from there and see the player issue.

German units did not reach Romania by last turn, but we can assume the units sent by Kalwejt are mostly there. I'll try to recover the PM from my records.

Those who were explicitly sent to Romania, I think so. Those who are just crossing to other front, no. At least that was my understanding when I gave the orders as a temporary German player.

Spamage is granted Germany from next turn on, I'll include Marx's fate on the BBC update or at the end of turn. LLR will have to wait until a large country is available, considering the concerns of the player base.
