Since most food/animal crops are basically identical from farm to farm, a lot of farmers sometime band together to spend money on generic ads: "Beef: It's What's for Dinner"; "Got Milk?"; California Raisins cartoons. In the U.S. if like 60% of the farmers of a specific type of crop in an area vote to form one of these marketing boards, ALL farmers of that crop must pay money to the board. The Supreme Court struck down one for Mushrooms on the grounds that it was compelled speech, but soon after, it upheld one for beef on the grounds that it was government speech.

So apparently there is a weird sexual fetish which involves women crushing animals of various sizes (bug to kitten) with their feet. Congress attempted to ban these videos in the late 90s, but the law was found unconstitutional under the 1st Amendment because it was too vaguely worded. The law banned "depictions of cruelty to animals", and in fact the case in which the law was invalidated involved dog fighting videos not animal crush videos. I think Congress may have passed a newer, more narrowly written law since, but I'm not positive.
