Yes. In fact, I went on three trips in April and am taking an extended break. I cautiously recommend it, but I must warn you that it is best to have a friend who is either sober (or at least one who is just stoned and not on some psychedelic) with you. Also, you'll be up for 8-12 hours, so have plenty of music or TV ready. Nothing is worse than a boring trip.

I'd personally recommend listening to a lot of Hendrix, the Dead, the Beatles (in particular Sargent Peppers), and circa 1975 Dylan (the early Dylan seems a bit boring on acid). If you start freaking out, just remind yourself what you did and that it won't last forever.

My second April trip was a bit sketchy at times but wasn't bad overall, though at one point, while smoking a cig outside my apartment, a group of girls walked by on their way to some club. They're voices suddenly became unintelligible, and I thought they were speaking Chinese or something. Then the girlish laughter became very dark, almost masculine sounding, which freaked me out.

On the other hand, my depression disappeared since my first trip and the only reason I am feeling kinda down right now is because I am home for three weeks, and I'm being driven crazy by my mother who is still insistent on convincing me that my friends hate me, etc. But besides this, my life has been great since I became reacquainted with Lucy. So, overall, I recommend it, but be careful, etc, etc.

The only time I ever wanted to drop anything, I was on probation. By the time I was off, I was too afraid of my subconscious to bother confronting it. Now, I'm trying to go clean for probably the rest of my life, so not touchin' that sh**t.

I dropped after my graduation this past Saturday. Everyone has different experiences, but for me it has always just been an uber intense euphoric sensation that lasts for like 8 hours. I was smoking weed throughout however to mellow the effect. Visual hallucinations and dissociation were mild, but the sensation was a lot of fun. The guy who did it with me took the same amount from the same source and did experience moderate visual effects and some dissociation, so again everyone's experience is different. But if you've done drugs before and you can ground yourself in reality, then you probably won't "trip" the way ignorant people in the media who have never done it claim.
