Here's the thing. You said "New Hampshire is a swing state."

Is it a state? Yes. No one's arguing that.

As someone who is a psephologist who studies New Hampshire, I am telling you, specifically, in psephology, no one calls New Hampshire a swing state. If you want to be "specific" like you said, then you shouldn't either. They're not the same thing.

If you're saying "swing state" you're referring to the electoral grouping of states that actually swing, which includes things from Colorado to Florida to Ohio.

So your reasoning for calling a New Hampshire a swing state is because random people "call the ones with split congressional delegations swing states?" Let's get Missouri and Montana in there, then, too.

Also, calling someone a New Hampshire women or a bitch? It's not one or the other, that's not how Newhampshirology works. They're both. A New Hampshire is a New Hampshire and a member of the split delegations family. But that's not what you said. You said a New Hampshire is a swing state, which is not true unless you're okay with calling all members of the split delegation family swing states, which means you'd call North Dakota and other states swing states, too. Which you said you don't.

I mean with the exception of the angry women stuff, he's basically right.  New Hampshire is a Democratic state and trending moreso.  I can understand his frustration too.  There are lots of stupid things that get repeated here a lot.  If I have to see one more post about how Asians are all wealthy "fiscool conservative, social liberoools" again or how West Virginia flipped because "muh environmentalism" or how the South flipped because of the Civil Rights Act or gajillions of other sh**tty conventional Atlas wisdom things...

That's the reason I don't care. It's highly doubtful that New Hampshire is still a true swing state, and the state government would probably be even more blue had Republicans not had full control of redistricting in 2011. With Trump on the ticket this year, I wouldn't be surprised if NH Republicans lose everything they currently have.

So if he wants to ramble on about this, that's fine by me
