For those of you predicting a Trump victory, when do you think he will take the lead?

Where's the never option?

I think Hillary will be ahead by 1 or 4 points for the whole summer but she pulls away after the first debate to 9 to 13 points.

This poll is for those who think Trump will win. I'm curious as to when they believe he will pull ahead.

Trump is going to win. I can say that. The mood just isn't with Hillary, and he's already catching up. Do you honestly know anyone besides hardcore partisans like yourself that actually like her?

Being perfectly honest, I don't know many who actually like Hillary, but I only know 2 who like Trump. And of those who don't necessarily like Hillary, they all agree Trump is not even an option.

What will probably happen is that Hillary will not be able to hold back Ttump and she'll lose the lead. Then, when all hope seems lost, President Barack Obama enters the fray and saves America. He will use his charisma, popularity and general coolness to drag the lame and unpopular Hillary over the finish line and into the White House.

If it is going to happen, it wont be a date.

It will be triggered by an unforeseen event.

Terrorist attack
Hillary getting indicted
Bad press for Hillary
Trump has a successful debate experience.

Putting all the factors together, Trump needs the stars to align at the right moment to have a chance.

If Trump wins, I imagine he'll take the lead after the RNC (this could very well happen regardless), loses it after the DNC, and breaks roughly even or perhaps slightly trails going into election day, and he manages to pull out a squeaker.

Very late in the game, if it ever happens.

This will be a Clinton victory. But, a landslide is far from assured. Indies will wait until first debate and see where each candidate stand. A narrow Clinton or Trump win is plausible. But, it would be in doubt if Jeb or Rubio were the nominees.
