Uh, no, the vote to change the temporary rules into whatever the Bernie side wanted to change them to required a 2/3 vote.  Where are you getting your facts from?  I'm literally sitting here in the convention right now.

What? It was the Hillary side that had the rules changed.

Wrong again.  The temporary rules were drawn up by a committee of 3 Hillary supporters and 3 Bernie supporters.

That wasn't good enough for the Bernie side, who wanted to change them to who knows what else, but needed a 2/3 majority to do so.  They failed, obviously, so the temporary rules were adopted as permanent.

Stop lying. The rules committee never agreed to the rules. The adoption of the rules was a total fraud. We are so done with this corrupt party.

A significant part of Sanders supporters are either Paulbots who shifted to him after Rand's candidacy tanked or far-left wingers who always vote third party but saw in him a "true progressive", not like all those moderate heroes like Gore, Kerry or Obama.

The chair just announced that one of the two microphones out on the convention floor has been misplaced/stolen.  It costs $1700 supposedly.  He then announced that both mics have now gone, but was interrupted by a Bernie supporter - using the second mic - who claimed that they deliberately hid it because they feared they were being taken by the Clinton campaign for nefarious purposes.

Ordinarily I'd agree, but this is now the third event at which supporters for each candidate have taken several hours out of their day to show up and show their support.  That has a tendency to weed out the lukewarm supporters leaving only the hardliners.
