Yeah I have a feeling that Sanders will do well with the 43% that already voted against Obama in 2012 in Kentucky. If you add Franklin county and perhaps UK and it the state tightens.

Apparently a ballot collection box at a senior citizens home in Oregon was smashed open and the ballots thrown in a dumpster.  Hillary trying to steal the election from Sanders supporters at the nursing home?

It has been 8 years though. A lot of those people have left the party. It's also possible a lot will stay home (particularly since there's no Republican contest) or vote uncommitted.

Even tweakers thinking they are robbing a Post Office box at least have respect for the sanctity of elections to at least leave the ballots in the dumpster right next door so the votes can be counted!

FWIW, this is the first time I recall hearing about something like this since our vote-by-mail or drop off at county ballot boxes was implemented.

Considering that older voters tend to vote for Clinton, it would probably be the reverse if this was done for nefarious reasons.

I'm really hoping returns coming out of Kentucky are faster than West Virginia was. Last week was painful. Also hoping we can get a good % in from the eastern part of the state before the entire states closes.

I wonder who Kim Davis would've voted for if she was still a Democrat.

I'm sure she caucused for Trump. Smiley

I think Ted Cruz. They have a lot in common.

As I've said for a while, Sanders will win OR by double digits. Benchmark politics' reputation is about to take a hit, and that one poll will go down with a few others as one of the worst polls of the election cycle. I'll be back later to accept my accolades. KY is less certain, though if I had to guess, Hillary probably takes it narrowly.

I mean probably but I wouldn't be so certain.

Agreed on the Benchmark Politics and the poll on Oregon and honestly would be surprised to see this being less than a 10 point Bernie win and quite possibly closer to the Obama-Clinton '08 primary spread.

Bill Clinton/ Gore/ and Hillary Clinton have never been the best fits for the PacNW if you look at previous primary election results, as well as GE defections to Perot in '92 and '96, as well as Nader in 2000.

I get the strange feeling that Kentucky is gonna be another Indiana, Clinton leads for most of the night and when the later returns come in, they swing heavily for Bernie.

Uncommitted winning in Clay County early vote. I believe its the most impoverished county in the country.

If this is all early voting, these results don't look too promising for Clinton...

Lexington and Louisville could possibly save Hillary here.

Kentucky's early vote isn't too prominent.

Early voting/Absentee voting isnt like it is in other states. If I recall, you cant just get an absentee ballot because you feel like it. Someone correct me if im wrong.

I love how Clinton is leading, yet it's considered "not good" for her. Sanders isn't going to win the nomination, yet people still can't get that through the head. It's crazy.
