As a Clinton supporter, it annoys/concerns me how much rural and Conservative Democrats have abandoned her in Appalachia. Why would they vote for a socialist anyway? They don't agree with his policies certainly.

Don't you think it's weird tho that the primary rules affect the results SO much? You'd think that it wouldn't make THAT much of a difference; maybe it's because Trump has locked up the nomination, so his would-be voters are voting for Sanders instead. Exit polls in WV showed a remarkable number of Sanders voters choosing Trump over Clinton; if the 2016 Dem primaries were made up of only Obama 2012 voters, Clinton would be sweeping so hard.

Cannot be that many of them.  The 2016 KY DEM primary vote is about half of the 2008 KY DEM primary vote.

It's the anti-establishment vote, they certainly don't support Sanders actual policies.

Sanders also never contested Tennessee when he should've. He literally spend $0 on it.

I mean, the state was 32% black. But yeah, someone seeking the nomination needs to fight for nearly every delegate.

I fully expected Jefferson, Fayette and the Cincy suburbs to go to Clinton, but I'm surprised at how poorly Sanders did in the rural counties outside of coal country.

Huffpo shows that most of the precincts still out are in counties Hillary is leading in (including Jefferson).  It looks like a done deal.

Jefferson County precincts can be misleading.  Some are empty or very close to empty.  Others are more Republican-leaning than the rest of the county.  Which precincts are actually reporting is what matters.

Nobody corrected her either. She's convinced Trump can't unite the Republican Party because he got in the 30s. lol

They never liked her. They voted for her because she wasn't the black guy. John Edwards would've beaten them both in a landslide.

Oh, I know. They have no idea how Clinton didn't win like she did in 08. The anti-black vote became the anti-establishment Sanders vote. So he's winning a lot of racists right now and they're proud of it.

It looks like some of the Jefferson County vote is from House District 33, which is more suburban than urban on the east side of town.  The Jefferson part of that HD accounts for 25 of the missing Jefferson County precincts.
