Clinton is doing well with African Americans in Kentucky. Those voters probably stayed home when Grimes and Conway were on the ballot.

Many news organizations don't make a call if there's a possibility of a recount.

Have Oregon polls closed or they do in an hour? I'm confused.

Do you think there will be a recount?

Do you think there will be a recount?

For what? It does not affect delegate allocation.

Well, there were no polls to close, just mail-in ballots.  The deadline for them to be received was 8PM.  A very small part of the state, most of Malheur County near Boise, is in the Mountain Time Zone.  It is after 8PM there now.

It's all about time zzzoooooones. The American time zone map looks even more hideous than the Democratic primary map.

It affects moral and media coverage. sanders should defiantly call for a recount. Its less than 2000 votes for goodness sake

Given the fact that Clinton is the presumptive nominee, I see no reason why Sanders should continue to make a fool of himself.

Sanders didn't call for a recount in MO, and he won't call for one in KY.  Period.

Can you simply call for a recount or does it have to go through a court?

Obama chose not to ask for a recount in MO in the 2008 general election. He could've, he didn't want to. Let it be Sanders.

I believe because it's a primary that all Sanders has to do to get a recount is to pay for it. Otherwise, there is no legal standard because the DNC is a private organization.

This is why I changed my prediction from Clinton >50% to Clinton >40%.

Uncommitted is a much better option for protest voters than felons/prison inmates. O'Malley and De La Fuente will be on the ballot as well.

Glad I changed it. Smiley

I checked the Malheur County Clerk's election results website.  They're not releasing results until 9PM Mountain Time, or 11PM Eastern. The southern part of the county is on Pacific Time, anyway.

I didn't think that KY would get to be Bernie's best closed primary for a couple of hours.
