I assume that they are allowed to start counting votes that they've already received, they just can't tell anyone what they are until 8pm?

I don't know why I'm asking; that's 4am UK time and I'm not that keen to stay up for an election that's already decided...

I believe they report the results as they come in, but the networks won't make a projection until all the polls in a state close.

Decision Desk showing Clinton up 10% in Fayette with nearly 50% in.

She probably needs to win by more than that.

They actually had it as Sanders county.

While Benchmark is generally good with the margin, their county maps are generally pretty far from the end results.

Not saying Sanders shouldn't be winning if he wants to win, but we'll see.

Benchmark is acting like they're going to call it for Clinton based off Decision Desk results.

Obama chose not to ask for a recount in MO in the 2008 general election. He could've, he didn't want to. Let it be Sanders.

Obama is a Democrat. He's about party unity.
Sanders isn't a Democrat. He's about his "revolution."
Bernie Sanders = Rand Paul.

Also, let's not forget that Bernie didn't ask for a recount in the Missouri primary, so it's highly unlikely he will in Kentucky.
