I don'the think she'll lose, but I think she'll hold Sanders to under 60, and there's a good chance it'll be in single digits. The national margin has been tilting against Sanders for a few weeks.

Hillary's numbers recovering after taking an early tumble. It's still the early early stuff, though.

One candidate does seem to be improving over the course of the night - other. The margin is staying more or less constant, but both numbers are dropping.

Some counties east of Lexington are done counting. Sanders winning between 2-6 points.

Well, at least that's a bit underwhelming for rural Eastern Kentucky, but Hillary's numbers in Louisville and the Cincinnati suburbs look equally so.

Clinton actually keeping her strong margin in Louisville. That wasn't the case in Indianapolis or Detroit. Maybe a silver lining for her?

Somebody please tell Kornacki how to pronounce Louisville.

How do you pronounce it? Most people I know from that area say LOO-uh-vull, but I've also heard one person pronounce it LOW-vull.

Boy does coal country dislike Sec. Clinton. Large margins of loss for her here could hurt her in the general election in states like Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Ohio

All three of those being states she carried in the primaries.

It was looking like IN and WV, but it's starting to feel a bit more CT to me.

Here's the map of counties that are completely done reporting. Looking good for Clinton.

Sanders is over 1,000 votes ahead. Still waiting for Jefferson.

Where are you looking? NYT has him up 216 votes.

Many news organizations don't make a call if there's a possibility of a recount.

Do you think there will be a recount?

For what? It does not affect delegate allocation.

It affects moral and media coverage. sanders should defiantly call for a recount. Its less than 2000 votes for goodness sake

Can you simply call for a recount or does it have to go through a court?

I believe because it's a primary that all Sanders has to do to get a recount is to pay for it. Otherwise, there is no legal standard because the DNC is a private organization.

clinton is winning washingon and clackamas

That's pretty amazing. I wonder what demographics are pulling her over the top there.

Harney County coming in for Sanders. You would have thought they would have learned their lesson with revolutionary extremists. Tongue

As far as delegates go, if Washington had stuck with its primary (instead of a caucus), would the results have been as close as we are seeing in Oregon?

We'll soon find out, or at least have a pretty good idea, since Washington is holding a beauty contest primary next week.

Does anybody have a 2008-2016 swing map? I imagine it might look odd.
