I'll say 3 and 4, based on Indiana's results, as well as 6 because of Lexington. Iffy on 2, and I think Sanders wins 1 and 5.

Lexington is home of the University of Kentucky. Should be a good area for Sanders.

I agree with 3 and 4. I think the rest go for Sanders.

Clinton's best CD was 3, and Sanders' best was 5, although he got the most votes in 6 (which Clinton narrowly carried).
