I could conceivably see:

Hillary Clinton (2017 - 2019)
Tim Kaine (2019 - 2021)
Ted Cruz (2021 - 2029)
Patrick Murphy (2029 - 2037)

OR

Donald Trump (2017 - 2018)
John Kasich (2018 - 2025)
? (Next Depends on Kasich Popularity)

I'm a bit disturbed that you think that whoever the next President is will be assassinated or impeached.

Those were more placeholders to say that I don't think either of them will complete a term

She might have the decency to resign like Richard Nixon.

Actually, barring Donald Trump Jr. doing anything treasonous, such as dying, he'd probably take over. So if the Donald manages to install a monarchy, I could see this happening:
Donald Trump (2017)
King Donald I (b. 1946) (2017-2037)
King Donald II (b. 1977) (2037-2064)
King Donald III (b. 2009) (2064-2089)
King Donald IV (b. 2040) (2089-2127)
All die in office except Donald John Trump IV, who is ousted in favor of a republic in 2127.
More realistically:
2017-2022: Sec. Hillary Clinton (NY)1 / Sen. Tim Kaine (VA)
2022-2025: VP Tim Kaine (VA) / Sec. Julian Castro (TX)

2025-2031: Sen. Cory Gardner (CO)2 / Sen. Chris Sununu (NH)3
2031-2037: VP Chris Sununu (NH) / Sen. Brian Sandoval (NV)4

2037-        : Gov. Currently Unknown (FL) / Rep. Brady Olsen (IA)5
1Resigns following a scandal dominating her second term.
2Killed in a natural disaster.
3Wins Governor in '16, serves 2 terms before Shaheen retires, allowing him to pick up the seat.
4Sandoval and Heller switch jobs in 2018.
5Deez Nuts decides to run for Congress on a left-libertarian platform in the next election in which he's of age - 2026, as a Democrat.
2017-2017: Donald Trump (NY)6 / Frm. Spkr. Newt Gingrich (GA)
2017-2019: VP Newt Gingrich (GA)7 / Sen. Joni Ernst (IA)
2019-2029: VP Joni Ernst (IA) / Fmr. Gov. Susana Martinez (NM)

2029-2031: Fmr. Gov. Jerry Brown (CA)8 / Fmr. Gov. Kate Brown (OR)
2031-2031: VP Kate Brown (OR)2

2031-2031: Spkr. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (WA)9 / Sen. Martin O'Malley (MD)10
2031-2041: VP Martin O'Malley (MD) / Gov. Currently Unknown (FL)

2041-        : Sen. Currently Unknown (TX) / Gov. Also Unknown (IA)
6Assassinated on Inauguration Day.
7Resigns on January 21, 2019, in a similar fashion to how he did from the House in 1999.
8With an increasingly unpopular President Ernst, party bosses recognize their floor and nominate 90-year old Jerry Brown against his will. He dies of pneumonia in 2031.
9Nominates a Dem VP and resigns.
10After Ben Cardin retires in 2018, O'Malley runs.

What happens to Hillary and the Trumpster? She becomes ill and he gets impeached?

My suggestion:

2017-2025: Hillary Clinton
2025-2029: Jeff Flake (defeated)
2029-2037: Martin Heinrich

2017-2021: Donald Trump (defeated)
2021-2029: Cory Booker
2029-2033: Martin Heinrich (defeated)
2033-2041: George P. Bush

Party switch for Blair.

My favorite ticket on here is Sandoval/Trump.

2017-2021: Hillary Clinton
2021-2029: Paul Ryan
2029-2033: Paul Ryan's VP (Nikki Haley)
2033-2041: Some Democrat who has not been elected to office yet.

2017-2019: Donald Trump
2019-2021: Scott Brown
2021-2029: Kamala Harris
2029-2037: Some Republican who has not been elected to office yet.

My guess is that Trump would overreach and get himself impeached, which would hurt the approval rating of his VP.

Bonus...
2017-2021: Gary Johnson
2021-2029: Paul Ryan
2029-2037: Some Democrat who had not been elected to office yet.

This question is stupid. Try asking it just after Bill Clinton took office. How many people would say:

-The son of the recently defeated President
-A community organizer in Chicago
-Either the new First Lady or Donald Trump

That's the fun of it: trying to guess something that's impossible to guess.

To be fair, in 1993 it wouldn't be ridiculous to say:
1993-2001: Clinton/Gore
2001-2009: George W. Bush/Dick Cheney
2009-2017: Joe Biden/Hillary Clinton
2017-2021: Hillary Clinton/Evan Bayh

Which wouldn't be too ridiculously off.

Hillary Clinton/Tim Kaine (2017-2021)
Then, people get tired of Democrats.
As long as he wins his Senate campaign... Marco Rubio/John Kasich (2021-2029)
If he looses the Senate campaign... Tom Cotton/John Kasich (2021-2029)
Cory Booker/Some New and Liberal Democrat person (2029-???)

Donald Trump/Mike Pence (2017-2018) Donald Trump resigns to be a reality TV star after he builds a really short wall and realizes that being the President isn't that fun.
Mike Pence/Ted Cruz (2018-2021) The Senate wanted Ted to be somebody else's problem.
Elizabeth Warren/Sherrod Brown (or Booker) (2021-2029)
Tom Cotton/Joni Ernst (2029-???)

This would not have been at all a likely prediction in 1992. Predicting Bush's son wining after Bush had been defeated would not be plausible. Even more unlikely would be the idea of Clinton's wife becoming President, since there was no tradition of First ladies getting involved in politics.
