Other: Florida and Pennsylvania

If Trump were to somehow magically pull off a win, the map would have to look like this:

The problem is that you put Michigan with Pennsylvania, which, contrary to popular belief, is just not in play.

Florida tilts R and is a good fit for Trump with the big big caveat that the hispanic population is huge.  Virginia is a bad fit for Trump but the extent to which it has trended Democratic has been exaggerated; it's not solid blue by any means yet.

Pennsylvania trends R and is a good fit for Trump but is probably harder for him than Florida.

I would say neither, but rather Pennsylvania and Florida. I highly doubt that Michigan is going to him this cycle and given what a bad fit he is for Virginia, it wouldn't be worth the resources in comparison to PA/FL.

However, Florida will take a lot of work to overcome the high-turnout Hispanic backlash against him. The only way I see it is if he somehow pumps up his share of the FL white vote significantly, and I do not think there is really a ton of room for a Republican to grow there right now.

If I had to vote, FL/VA, but only because as I said above, I think he has basically no chance of winning Michigan this year.

Like most others are saying, FL and PA, with OH also being massively important for him (obviously).

Florida and PA. Invest in those, and if he is competitive (pure toss-up or lean R), then he is winning Ohio already by default.

The Trumpster won’t win either of them, but I still think FL and VA would be easier. MI is practically impossible to carry for him.
