Despite being a pro life liberal, I fail to see how this is Constitutional. Wait for a federal judge to strike this down.

Obama should just send troops to guard reproductive health clinics that offer abortions to block enforcement of this law until its obvious doom in federal court.

If this is one of those gambits to get Roe v. Wade overturned when this law is immediately challenged in federal court, someone should tell Oklahoma that the Supreme Court is not currently open for such shenanigans.

This is the test for Gov. Fallin: if she signs this, she will be sufficiently outrageous to be a Trump VP.

Indeed, even if Trump somehow wins and names Scalia's successor, the best that they could hope for is 4-5,  and more likely the 10th Circuit strikes it down and SCOTUS doesn't even grant cert.

So, does this make it more likely or less likely that Fallin gets picked as Trump's running mate?

Probably makes no difference either way. I doubt he's seriously considering looking at her, since he's going to carry Jokelahoma regardless.
