This bill would allow those Atlasians currently residing in one of the thirteen Canadian provinces to vote in the upcoming elections for Senate, House of Representatives, and Regional Legislative Committee (assuming, of course, that the Fourth Constitution is ratified). Because these provinces are NOT part of Atlasia, they are not referenced in the text of the new Constitution - those citizens registered to vote in those provinces do so under the terms of the ACCMA, and the ACCMA must therefore be modified in order for them to continue to enjoy that right.

Yep. It reapportions the Canadian provinces among the new Regions in order to allow Atlasians residing in Canada to continue voting in our elections.
