Most of the big cities are >70% D.

Most of the big cities have large hispanic, black and asian population. I think that there is no >500K cities in which the non-hispanic white population is >50%. Even Boston, the biggest city of a very white state, has only 47% of the population non-hispanic white.

I believe that the non-hispanic white vote in the big cities is >50% D. But not too close to 100%.
