They don't know what likeability is.

Likeability is a quality of a person to be liked. Hillary does not possess that quality because she is disingenuous and fake.

In this case, likeable is not important. One candidate is serious and experienced while the other is just a goofus who talks trash and is playing the public to see how far he can go.
