One of the things Sanders hopes to do is get the Democratic Party to adopt new nomination and election rules either via the national and state party process or advocating changes to state laws. His laundry list includes:
- automatic voter registration
- same-day registration (including party switching)
- open primaries
- more debates
...Notably he doesn't call for ending caucuses.

Although he hasn't explicitly called for reform, Sanders has also criticized how most of the South votes by Super Tuesday.

So let's say Clinton loses and assuming Sanders doesn't run again, then of the potential candidates for 2020 (or 2024 if Clinton wins), who would most benefit from all (or elements) of a Bernified primary process?

And who would benefit from other changes that he doesn't push, like fewer (or no) caucuses?

Nobody in particular, but since the open primaries rule change implies that caucuses will cease to exist, perhaps the candidates with smaller and more enthusiastic and radical support would do worse (aka Sanders, Dean, Paul, Obama).
