Logically she'd probably go with Kaine (swing state and whatnot). However she doesn't really NEED Virginia, and Elizabeth Warren has been trying to work her magic to get progressives to flock to Hillary.

I don't think Castro has enough name recognition outside of the party to do well as a VP pick.
