So a short ad consisting of decades-old allegations against Hillary's husband with an absurd ending of her laughing seemingly maniacally is supposed to be a powerful attack ad? Oh yes, that has certainly persuaded me to vote for the man who was also accused of rape, makes incestuous comments about his daughter, denigrates women, scapegoats minorities and immigrants, and is a habitual, if not pathological, liar, who only manages to escape being outed as such because his supporters are a group consisting primarily of bigots, conspiracy theorists, and zealots, his party is weak, inept, and servile, and the media is unwilling and/or unable to not treat him as an appalling caricature of America's worst qualities, which he is.

Bill Clinton isn't running.

It doesn't matter. This is what our elections have come down to - Attack your opponent on whatever, as long as it hurts them. Trump is going to run his entire campaign like his opponent is Bill Clinton. Trump is probably one of the few politicians we've had in modern history who is actually willing to say or do anything to get elected, even if that means essentially running against his opponent's husband.

Can't help but feel embarrassed that American politics is somehow stooping even lower than it already was.
