Yes. All birth control methods should be freely distributed as a public service. At my university you just have to go to the student health center and ask for condoms to get them for free. Something similar should be set up for everyone.

because I'm poor and most people would definately not want me reproducing. Anyway it's really my parents are paying for it through tuitition.

stopping people who shouldn't have kids from having kids. I am in favor of a universalized health care system though, so it'd just be part of that.

My university does it fine though, I can't see it being a major hassle then.

1-I don't live in the Twin Cities (although I'm pretty sure the U of M has a similar program)
2-Iowa City isn't much different from here or the Twin Cities.
