Yes. All birth control methods should be freely distributed as a public service. At my university you just have to go to the student health center and ask for condoms to get them for free. Something similar should be set up for everyone.

I remember the thin condoms from the free clinic.  They're the cheap kind that break easy.  Don't trust 'em.  Spend some money on some Trojans, ya cheap bastard.  $2.36 for a package of 3 at Wal-Mart.
