Er... why? Aren't there better things for the Government to spend money one? The U.S Healthcare system is *extremely* inefficient as things are...

How much would this cost? Bearing in mind how inefficient the healthcare system in the U.S is anyway, I have a sneaking suspicion that the amount wasted on this insane idea would be more than the total amount of money spent on healthcare by most countries... And for what?

Iowa City has a bit of a reputation because of the '60's when it was one of the most radical Unis in the entire U.S IIRC
