Sanders supporters sue for change to CA voter registration/party change deadline

The deadline to change parties or register to vote in California is today, May 23. Voters must be registered as "Democrat" or "No Party Preference" to vote in the democratic primary on June 7. Two bay area sanders supporters are suing over the registration deadline, asking it to be extended to the day of the primary.

They'll have about as much success with this as they had in NY when they tried to open the primary here. A judge will laugh it out of court
