Sanders will pull ahead as the later ballots get counted, but it's not a good sign. Sanders never once trailed when Oregon was counting.

The fact people are caring about a fake primary is laughable.

It's an election website. Why not? I mean, over 500,000 people will have participated anyway, so at least some people will care about how they voted.

Here's an idea, how about we outlaw beauty contests? They're really nothing but a waste of money, and only give us unrepresentative data. I'm saying that as someone who voted in this.

I think caucuses should be abolished. Washingtonians had about 3 weeks to vote in this primary. In the caucus, they had about 3 hours.

Hillary's win here gives me a bad feeling about Sanders's chances in California.

Sanders never really had a chance in California. Seeing how Seattle voted, Hillary will win Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, Solano and Napa counties. Maybe even San Francisco and Marin.

Or maybe some Bernie supporters who have seen the writing on the wall and are ready to unite turned out to send a signal to their delusional candidate that the primary is over and that they are ready for her to begin her attacks on Trump.

lol, why'd he win Oregon big and nearly tie her in Kentucky then?

Same reason why Hillary won KY and WV decisively in 2008 when it was clear that Obama would be the nominee - demographics.

Looking at the map...I don't understand how Sanders could be so relatively close to Clinton and yet have a map with the percentages in each county that exist. If I didn't know the statewide figures and looked at that map, I would have thought Clinton won by 12 points or more. King County was over one-third of the vote, nearly 60% Clinton and was Clinton's best county in the state.

Yeah, both candidates' support is spread out pretty evenly between counties. The majority of counties are all mid to high single digit wins. Their support isn't really concentrated in regions. Only two counties really stand out - King for Clinton and Whatcom for Sanders.

When are we supposed to get the next vote dump?

There were updates from Pend Oreille and Skamania counties a couple of hours ago, not that it really made any difference. Yesterday the big dump came between 4 - 5 PST.

That's true. But for all the talk about no one caring about this election, there's already almost 1.4 million votes cast with more to count, which is a record for Washington's beauty contest and is about the average turnout in the state's blanket primaries.
