How would they manage to kill the Department of Education? Not going to happen. They would need supermajorities in the Senate, control of the House, and the presidency. And then there would be a huge backlash.

Anything related to the environment or environmental protection.

I don't know if the mainline of either party would cancel the Dept. of Education. I think they'd rather waltz over it with things like IDEA and NCLB. I'm glad universities have resisted that stuff.

Take Medicare, Social Security and SSDI and put them into a new Department of Caucasian Affairs that is tasked with distributing welfare but only to white people.

I recall that even Romney didn't want to abolish the Education Department, something stupid like 'checking the power of teacher's unions' or something. If it somehow did happen, I'd imagine Energy (founded by Carter) would be it - it was the famous one that Perry forgot.
