I don't think so.

We have pretty much no evidence to the contrary at this point, and a lot of indirect evidence that it may very well be the case. At least, by preponderance of evidence, I would say that Sanders does prefer Trump. It is on him to prove otherwise.

Yeah, okay, whatever buddy, you've been spending too much time in this histrionic echo chamber.

Aside from him saying on the debate stage that he "vastly prefers the secretary to the republicans" a million times, here's a news article from a clinton hack site that provides no less than three separate links providing evidence that he does not support trump and in fact intends to campaign heavily against him in the fall:
