"And it forces pro-Clinton feminists to confront the tension between Hillary's disregard for her husband's accusers and the contemporary norm of giving self-identified victims of sex crimes the benefit of the doubt."

If Hillary is going to be attacking Donald Trump about how terrible he is with women, statements like the following are surely fair game:

I think 'fair game' here is a pointless to say. Trump was always going to go run a campaign against Bill Clinton regardless of what Hillary's campaign said or did.

I suppose he's hoping to get them to abstain from voting? Because there's no way Trump is winning over feminists.

Not surprised. It's ridiculous.

I am interested in the new English word. Is "dipicting' a particularly trumpist sexual deviation?

There are plenty of legitimate things to attack Hillary on. This is not one of them. Hillary is not Bill. Women, especially, understand that, and that's why this is not going to help Trump at all with women.

Sorry, Little Donny, it's not the 90s, and you're not running against Bill.

Me thinks that Trump is going after millennial-types that were not around when Clinton was President. By modern standards, he would never have won the nomination with those type of allegations. Bill Clinton is basically the white Bill Cosby, but he somehow gets a pass. It's not like it was just one woman making sexual assault allegations. It's like 15.
