Which of these Safe Blue states could become a little more competitive with Trump being the GOP nominee. It sounds crazy but I would say a state like Connecticut or New Jersey would become a little more competitive. Due to the fact that his message could resonate in blue states that are still dealing with economic hardship.

It could but I think the Mainers are just too moderate on almost all the issues to go with Trump in terms of the state. ME-02 perhaps but I don't think statewide.
