Gawker sucks and posting that Hulk Hogan video was wrong  but the precedent this sets is quite worrying.

(And Peter Thiel, while a total douchebag does have a pretty valid reason for his anti-Gawker vendetta. But as said that's not the only issue here.)

I really wanted to find some major story that I could use to defend gawker in argument saying "measureD against gutless, vapid wolf blitzer and the situation room american journalism, gawker wins by default  by at least being  tastelessly incisively aggressive..." but I googled to no avail.

  It's the Martin shkreli of journalism.
