From physical appearances alone, one might say Donald Trump is more likely to die in office. However, Bill Clinton is the one with a history of cardiovascular disease. So probably Clinton.

Trump's diet and lifestyle is by all accounts pretty terrible. Wouldn't be surprised if he just randomly drops dead from a heart attack.

Bill Clinton won't be in "office". And he didn't die the last time he was in office, so the answer is, if Trumpdedump remotely were to win the election by some sort of miracle and was the President, and if he did in fact die while in office, then the answer would be Trumpdedump.

I don't think so. He is a vegan now and is a normal weight. His hair is white but that means nothing. He's pretty healthy, actually.
