Is it fair to call Johnson the "establishment" Libertarian candidate?

I feel like Libertarians are going to nominate a total nutjob in 2020 as a backlash to the Johnson/Weld ticket, in the same way Trump's nomination was a backlash to McCain and Romney.

Kokesh has already announced. He's pretty popular.

Lol, I looked him up and apparently he's an anarcho-capitalist.  Yeah, he's exactly the sort of lunatic I would expect them to nominate next time.

The guy on stage is exactly how I imagine most Libertarians look like.

Fantastic, looks like my vote for 2016 is set.

Don't be premature, Bill Kristol might have a bombshell in the wings.  Or, he might just be blowing smoke:

You guys nominated and openly supported him last time stop whining.
^^^^
I'm so glad I'm in the GOP today. The Libertarians are too whiny. They literally booed the very mention of Ron Paul at their '12 convention.

Really?  I thought he was, like, a demigod of the Libertarian Party.
