How would you describe your ideology?
I tend to lean right on issues related to the economy and foreign affairs and left on social issues.

Sure. And then when the Federalists get tired of losing they'll have a decision to make.

If I choose to support the party then I reward and reinforce bad behavior.

Muzzling socons is not cool. Muzzling socons who are running *for* you as a candidate? Really?

I find it sad that the party is so fixated on satisfying evergreen, that they would dump on someone who is actually helping and voting for them. Hello.

Labor is always going to own this issue. If people want a party that supports this, they will vote Labor. Why would they bother to support the Federalists when they can support Labor?

Wait, do you think that Federalists who disagree with you on certain issues are only pretending to do so for political gain? Because I can almost guarantee you that is not case.

Let me explain further.

To me, conservatism is a package deal. Fiscal conservatives support social conservatives, and social conservatives support fiscal conservatives.

I'm happy to support your fiscal agenda, Goldwater. I know how much that means to you personally. I would never go to you and say, "look, Goldwater, you gotta hold back on all that". Hell no. In the environment of today where socialism is everywhere, I'm happy... profoundly happy when I hear some solid principles articulated by someone like you on this issue.

That attitude, to be blunt, is not reciprocated. TM has to figure out which he cares about more. Right now it seems to be identity politics which is warping the party badly.

The evergreen bill... doesn't pass muster just considering fiscal conservativism/libertarianism. I had a long conversation with TM over that via IRC. I worked on it for a couple of hours and then realized that we were better off jettisoning the bill entirely.

I am not looking for ideological purity here. But TM's crusade has gone waayyy to far. I'd like to rein it in before more damage is done, but what can I do about that?

I am not asking you to go 100 percent socon, not the slightest. But I am asking you to take a good hard look, especially at the evergreen bill and ask yourself if that's the kind of bill you think should be the priority of this party to pass.

There are so, so many other things we are doing. Why are we even bothering to consider this? You have ideas, everyone has ideas and wishlists. And the first thing that comes out is a gag order on evergreens' Christmas present. WTF?

We get it, Ben. You're a special little socon snowflake. Now shut the hell up so that we can talk about serious topics and not devote attention to this.

I just received a beautiful message from this homophobic cretin, stating that the gay mafia has co-opted me. I think you have something personal against the gay community, Mr. Kenobi.

we're gonna make you an offer too fabulous to refuse…

3 is insufficiently protective of the citizens of atlasia. 'Filling out a form', is not the same as testing and screening the blood.

This bill will put the citizens of atlasia at risk of infectious diseases by relying upon voluntary compliance.

I look forward to 'Senator' TM's apologies to Atlasia when the tainted blood scandals bankrupt our blood services.

By responding to him, all you are doing is egging him on. This has become incredibly inappropriate and unhealthy, as well as a violation of the Terms of Agreement.. I, along with others, have dealt with enough harassment in our lives because of our sexual identity - I refuse to tolerate it on here.

I will not address anything you say from this point forward, Ben, and I strongly encourage others to do the same.

Ladies and gentlemen, settle down... Gosh, my phone has been ringing off the hook all day today.

I think we've all heard the words of 'Senator' TM, attempting to crush his opposition among the people of Atlasia.

I'm not quite sure what part of 'public servant', escapes 'Senator' TM here. You serve us and not the other way around.

In any case that is not what I'm here for today. I got a letter last night from a concerned citizen. I want to read it to you all.

"Ben, we are worried. We've heard the news about how Atlasia intends to lift sensible restrictions on the blood supply. My husband has an operation coming up next week, and we were wondering if you could point us out to an alternative. We remember what it was like in the 80s with the tainted blood supply, and how horrible it was for the children infected with HIV, to die at such a young age.

I, myself, do not want to lose my husband!

Help me, Ben Kenobi! You're my only hope!

Madam Clara Clayton, Pecos, Texas.

Well, Ma'am, look no further. I have received news that there are over 10k subscribers to the new, private, "Sam Houston" blood services. They are currently negotiating with the Methodist, Baptist and Catholic health care systems throughout the state.

I am going to give my earnest endorsement. They have worked hard to ensure that all of their blood is properly screened before the donors receive the blood.

Atlasia may not be concerned, but the people of Texas, are. Please give them a call. They have offices right here in San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston.

Ensure your family's safety!

God bless you all!

Wow. Apparently I was 100 percent right about TM. So much for 'opposition'. TM's starting a sh**tstorm that won't stop.

Tm really thinks banning me is the 'final solution'?

If he can't bear principled opposition, I'm not sure why he is here.

LOL I know that Tmth of all people isn't being like "oh no people were sent vaguely undesirable PMs that could be construed in a politically-expedient sense as indirect intimidation"

You know, Ben, if you really think the Federalists aren't conservative, why would you join an openly liberal party instead of becoming an independent or forming a third party?
