I demand an immediate injunction by your nation's supreme court to immediately cease the regional votes of the amendments which would unlawfully annex our sovereign and independent nation into your Atlasian empire.

Your constitution clearly established we are not a part of your nation therefore we are independent and under the rights of the laws of nations we have the right to national self determination which shall not be infringed or surrendered except by the consent of our own national government.

Furthermore your own constitution is being violated:

Where is our lawful admission into the Union? Where is the approval of the Western Government? Why is your own rule of law being ignored in your imperialistic attempt at conquering the free and peaceful people of Arizona???

Thanks,

Bacon King
Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Arizona

Bacon as the new fourth constitution has not yet taken effect, the third constitution is still in effect. This means that Arizona is still part of the union until June 6th. However if Constitutional ammendment 2 passes in both the West and South by Sunday Evening. Arizona will be added to the fourth constitution in time of implementation.

now this just makes no sense at all!

how can you amend a constitution before it has been implemented? the amendment procedures are within the constitution itself so you can't amend it until it's been implemented! Any amendment being passed right now is being passed under the laws of the third constitution and therefore is null and void as soon as the fourth.  constitution supercedes the third!

As an originalist I believe that the court should support the founding fathers' intent. The fact that Arizona was not placed within a region in the 4th constitution clearly means Arizona was meant to be independent. How could a website full of electoral map nerds miss an entire state??

Be warned - we have a higher rate of firearms per capita - higher than the rest of y'all combined!
Be warned Snowstalker tried this kind of thing two years ago and was caught and convicted of treason.

and do you know who the prosecutor was that convicted him of that crime? Your's truly! I believe my legal experience speaks volumes for the merits of this case.

I note for the Court that Arizona is no longer part of the union. The new fourth constitution has now taken effect, and Constitutional Amendment 2 either didn't pass by Sunday evening, or it passed unlawfully using amendment procedures that were not yet in effect.

Writ of certiorari is denied.
We do not recognize the Kingdom of Arizona as an entity. As Citizen 1184AZ pointed out, the third constitution is still in effect, so Arizona is still a state of the republic of Atlasia.

Your honor, this is false - the third constitution is no longer in effect as of yesterday
