i urge the court to dismiss this case, on the grounds that the fourth constitution does not require that a state consent to beïng admitted to the union. Evil

Writ of certiorari is denied.
We do not recognize the Kingdom of Arizona as an entity. As Citizen 1184AZ pointed out, the third constitution is still in effect, so Arizona is still a state of the republic of Atlasia.

this contradicts your decision in evergreen v. rpryor, does it not?
