Writ of certiorari is denied.
We do not recognize the Kingdom of Arizona as an entity. As Citizen 1184AZ pointed out, the third constitution is still in effect, so Arizona is still a state of the republic of Atlasia.

this contradicts your decision in evergreen v. rpryor, does it not?
It doesn't. The regional committee election was to be conducted according to regulations set forth in the fourth constitution, that doesn't mean the third constitution isn't in effect anymore.

Your honor, this is false - the third constitution is no longer in effect as of yesterday
Vice President Bacon King, as long as members of congress haven't been all seated, the third constitution remains in effect.
