This say Sanders doesnt get any delegates. Im confused. The Saint John and Saint Thomas numbers make 17%, right?

12% for the whole territory, and the threshold is applied territorially.

The Green Papers are giving him 1 delegate. Are we sure the 15% threshold isn't for each island?

Might be. I relied on the others here.

It's separate for the two "districts", so he did get a delegate.

That reminds me so of the NYGOP primary. Just abolish district-wide allocations, and we will be spared from this mess. Unfortunately, those inconsistencies will foreshadow the predictable behavior of the Bernie Bros...  Roll Eyes

Cant be mad at those results, a 70 point win is impressive even if Sanders gets a delegate.

Well, needless to say, Hillary dominated here. Congrats to her on that, this represents the largest swing of a single contest from '08. I do take some pride in knowing that Sanders didn't get completely shut out in any contests. Smiley

What?

I don't see what the problem is having a portion of the delegates allocated by geography.

according to AP Clinton wins all 7. Not sure if they are right and Green is wrong, but the media tend to pay attention to AP. They also say she needs 60 to clinch with supers.

CNN also has all 7 delegates going to Hillary:

I think it's going to get meeeeessssy. Them Bernie Bros. will start WWIII over that one delegate.

Okay, I hope we can all agree on the fact that a party chairman's words are more credible than the Green Papers...

This is the best I could find. It looks like St. Thomas and St. John are not separated here:

Plus look at the different numbers on the Green Pages and on CNN:

Green Papers:

Hillary:       1,308  86.51%
Bernie:         186  12.30%
Uncommitted: 18   1.19%

Total:         1,512 100.00%

CNN:

Hillary: 1,308  84.2%
Bernie: 190    12.2%
(other/uncommitted: 56  3.6%)

(total: 1554    100%)

It's too confusing for me. Huh
