Does this ensure he gets at least a couple of delegates? Not really sure how this is working.

I think it's 4 delegates for the combined count of St. Thomas and St. John, and another 3 for St. Croix.

I dont think so...

Maybe he does? If Hillary gets like 65% on Saint Thomas he gets 1 delegate maybe?

Bernie fails to meet 15% threshold. Hillary wins all 3 St Croix Delegates.

Bernie fails to meet 15% threshold. Hillary wins all 3 St Croix Delegates.

Some poster said the threshold applied to the territory-wide vote.
So there's still some hope for the Bernie Bros.

Yeah, I guess it's either Sanders gets 15% in St. Johns and St. Thomas combined or he gets no delegates.

So, the threshold applies to the two districts?

I believe if Sanders fails to get 15% in the entire territory he gets nothing

Do they know how to use calculators and internet in USVI?

Nope. They're resorting to an abacus and telegrams.

Well, that explains it: all the telegraph equipment on the mainland must have been retired, so the telegrams are simply not getting through.

St. Thomas unofficial count (not sure if it includes St. John or not since they are one constituency in this primary)

With the St. John vote, I think he gets one delegate doing my own terrible math.

Edit: Wait, they just updated again.
