In a number of senses. But the one I want to point out is its level of activity. Most internet forums began to fade away at the end of the last decade as places like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc became the homes of bitchfests, trolling and even the occasional intelligent discussion etc. This one (and its spin-off) are currently more active than just about ever, and continues to attract new and often young users even with (on this place at least) the outdated graphics. I guess the narrow subject focus helps.

So yeah, thanks for keeping the noughties alive!

Yeah, I've noticed that as well. When I first stumbled upon it I figured it would be a graveyard like so many other forums, or perhaps just a small amount of posters who are around every once in a while. I was shocked by the high level of activity. It's quite a throwback.
