...in the e-mail investigation, will she have to resign from office?

Or what course of action is open to her?

http://nypost.com/2015/08/05/fbi-investigation-of-hillarys-emails-is-criminal-probe/

The FBI investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s unsecured email account is not just a fact-finding venture — it’s a criminal probe, sources told The Post on Wednesday.

It will be funny.  Almost as funny as the Russians dumping every email she sent all over the internet a week before the election will be.

uggg...I don't like how that's worded, but I think you get the idea.

She'd be impeached long before she was found guilty of a crime.

Would make her enormously unpopular no doubt, but is a self-pardon legal?
The Presidential pardon power does not extend to preventing impeachment of any official.  All a self-pardon could do is prevent her from going to jail from a criminal trial after her impeachment trial.

Ending thread, since any discussion past this point belongs on the 2016 board.
